We help busy parents celebrate their kids with stylish setups, curated themes, and customizable packages that fit any vision. From luxury teepees to charming décor, everything is delivered, designed, and set up for you. You choose the theme, we handle the magic. Choose from a variety of creative themes or customize your celebration to match your child’s imagination.

Serving the Atlanta Metro: Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Decatur, Smyrna, Roswell, Duluth, and nearby areas.

What type of deposit is needed?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.

What if I don't have a final guest count?

We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests that you may have as we can not guarantee that additional items will be available. You have up until 2 weeks before your event (when your final payment is due) to make any changes.

Are there any additional fees?

Below is a list of fees that may be associated with your order:

Travel Fee (for all events more than 20 miles outside of Atlanta, GA)
Additional Set Up Fee (stairs, walking distances further than 100 feet, etc.)
After Hours Pick Up (for events requiring pickup after 9:00pm)
Rush Fee (for events booked less than 10 days in advance)

When is final payment due?

Your final payment is due 1 week prior to your event.

How much space is needed?

Tent Sleepover - Each A-Frame Tent set up requires approximately a 3ft by 6ft space
Lace Teepee Sleepover - Each Teepee
Pamper Party - We recommend a 8ft x 10ft space for a table of 8.Please contact us for exact dimensions for larger parties. set up requires approximately a 3.5ft by 6.5ft space

When do you come to set up/pick up?

You will receive a confirmation email one week prior to your event with a 2 hour delivery and pick up window. We base our schedule on your event start/end time requested at time of booking, location, package, etc.

Set-up/Deliveries:

Sleepovers - Deliveries will begin at 8:00am and go throughout the day. We will schedule delivery based on the event start time provided at the time of booking. All sleepover packages will be set up by 4:00pm. Some deliveries may take place the day prior to your event depending on the schedule for that particular date.

Pamper Party - Set up will begin at least 90mins prior to your event.

Pick Ups for Sleepovers:

All Sleepover Packages- Pick ups will begin at 10:00am the next day and go throughout the day.

How Long does the set up/ pick up take?

Set up takes on average 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on the size of the package and set up location. Pickups generally take a little less time.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation 2 Weeks +

If you have to cancel or reschedule your event your 25% deposit may be used as a credit towards a new event within 13 months of your original event date. In addition, you are entitled to a refund of any amount paid above the 25% deposit.

Cancellations within 2 Weeks

If you are canceling your event within 2 weeks, your full payment may be used as a credit towards a new event within 13 months of your original event date.

Cancellations within 24 hours

If you are canceling your event within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time, your full payment, minus a rescheduling fee, may be used as a credit towards a new event within 13 months of your original event date.
